Customers are immediately enrolled in the Treasure Coast Software Mail-Lock™ support plan and are entitled to business hour support. The Treasure Coast Software support line, (561) 776-7760, is manned Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (ET).
Treasure Coast Software Mail-Lock™ support customers can access all online resources including product updates, the support knowledge base, and email support. Support incidents can be created by sending email to info@grpsoft.com. Customers can update incidents at anytime and are tracked by Treasure Coast Software through to resolution.
The Treasure Coast Software Mail-Lock™ support plan provides a best practice level of service. Utilizing this service, not only ensures a thorough understanding of Mail-Lock™, but also provides you access to service reps that have experience assisting corporations of all sizes in setup and implementation. |
